Established in 2002 by Vlad Kozak, Verde grew out of the desire to give clients more. Kozak saw the need to provide clients with a business solution that had all the integrity of an ‘out of the box’ application that could be tailored to individual business needs. Some of our most talented technical people were part of the original team that developed Greentree, so we know the Greentree product inside out. This allows us to come up with the very best technical solution for your business environment.

Since 2002 we have grown to become the number one distribution partner for the Greentree product. In that time we have grown from a single "one man band" to a highly successful organisation, with more than 130 customers in New Zealand and Australia relying on Verde to support their business applications.

In 2008, Verde became an MYOB Enterprise partner. We have taken our highly successful service and support model and applied it to the MYOB EXO Business software range.

Verde Group Australia

Verde Group Australia was established in June 2006. It is based on the successful model of Verde Group New Zealand which is headed by Group Directors Vlad Kozak and John Fothergill.

Based in Melbourne, Verde Group Australia has the vision to build on Verde Group NZ’s proven services model for delivering tailored end-to-end solutions that bring greater value to SME’s.
