At Verde we have a large and varied client base who recognise our ability to deliver high quality professional services. Our ERP Project Manager's focus is on enabling collaborative and cooperative approaches between all stakeholders to ensure consistent, high quality, on-time deliverables.

As the ERP Project Manager, you will manage a broad range of interesting, exciting projects and work alongside the Senior Leadership Team and skilled professionals to drive the digital transformation agenda of our customers forward.

You will take projects from inception to fruition, leveraging strong analytical and project management skills.

To be successful in this role you should

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects from scoping through to delivery

  • Manage expectations of all project stakeholders, including any project-related vendors, third-party resources, or delivery managers

  • Track project progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, meeting business requirements, and in compliance with project management methodologies and standards

  • Perform regular project reporting including reporting on schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, team, stakeholders, and benefits

  • Monitor and control resources and operational costs against the project budget and ensure projects are delivered within the timeframes defined

  • Coach and provide guidance to other members of the project management team

What will you bring

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar project manager role, resulting in the ability to demonstrate proven experience in successfully managing large and complex projects

  • Excellent project management skills including budget, benefit, schedule, and team management skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation

  • A strong background in managing Technology projects such as ERP or other business applications

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Strong time management skills as you will have multiple priorities to focus on in a week that often changes based on customer demands

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart

  • Experience in a consulting environment is desirable

  • Experience working with NetSuite or MYOB Advanced or other Cloud ERP Systems

  • Some formal PM training and have Prince 2 or PMI certifications

  • Agile certification would be an added bonus

  • Experience with industry recognised methodologies and project standards
